Restocking without the spreadsheets

Compare supplier prices, reorder from saved lists, follow parcels in and receive stock by batch, with Claude doing the typing.

I built My-Pepts while running my own peptide store, and restocking was the messy part. Prices sat in chat threads, orders in spreadsheets, and I never knew what a vial really cost me.

Here, your suppliers' price lists sit side by side, and every size shows who is cheapest. Save the products you buy together as a list, and your next stock order starts from it.

Add the tracking number and watch the parcel move: picked up, in transit, through customs, out for delivery.

When the boxes arrive, receive them on your phone. Each batch is tracked by its label and cap colors, with its own certificates. Every vial moves through one stock ledger, so you see its landed cost and the real profit on every order.

Claude does the typing. Drop in a supplier's quote, a screenshot or a PDF, and it fills in the prices and boxes. Photograph the delivery, and it pre-fills the counts and batches. Nothing lands in stock until you confirm it.

My-Pepts keeps your suppliers' price lists side by side, turns saved lists and supplier quotes into stock orders, and follows each parcel through customs to your door. Deliveries are booked in on a phone, batch by batch, and every movement goes through one stock ledger, so the landed cost of each vial feeds the real profit on every order.

What it does

Supplier price lists, side by side

Keep each supplier's price list in one place and compare them size by size, per vial. The cheapest is marked on every row, and a list's total is worked out on ten vials of each size, so a supplier selling single vials never looks cheaper than it is.

Saved lists for reordering

Tick the products you buy together on the comparison, or save any past stock order as a list. A new order can start from it: one box of each size that supplier sells, with a note naming anything they don't.

Stock orders from a list or a quote

Build a purchase order per supplier from a saved list, a past order or the supplier's own quote. Quotes and the final invoice are filed on the order separately, ready for your accountant.

Inbound parcel tracking

Add the tracking number and the order shows a journey line built from the courier's scans: picked up, in transit, customs, out for delivery. A courier marking it delivered never books stock; receiving it does.

Receive on your phone, by batch

Book a delivery in from your phone. Each batch is recorded by its label and cap colors, can carry its own certificate, and orders draw from the oldest batch first.

One ledger, landed cost and real profit

Every movement, from a receipt to an order to a count correction, goes through one stock ledger. Each vial is costed at what its stock order paid, landed, so every order shows its profit after postage and packaging.

Where AI helps

Drafts and readings you check. Nothing goes out until you press the button.

Claude reads the supplier's quote

Drop in a quote as screenshots or a PDF and Claude copies the prices, boxes, shipping and fees onto the draft order. The total is checked against the quote, one Undo reverses it, and it never removes a line or places the order for you.

Claude reads the delivery photos

Photograph the boxes as they arrive and Claude pre-fills the counts and batch details on the receipt. Stock only lands when a person confirms it, so a miscount off a photo can never book itself.
