When I started selling online, email was the job I kept putting off. Every launch meant copying prices into a newsletter tool, guessing who to send it to, and hoping it stayed out of Junk.

So I built it into My-Pepts. First, audiences. Stack a few rules, like bought this but never that, or no order in sixty days, and watch the count update. Only people who actually subscribed, with unsubscribes handled for you.

Second, templates. New stock, back in stock, a sale. Pick the products and the email fills itself. After a delivery is counted in, the new stock email drafts itself, ready for you to check.

Third, you see what happened. Every email shows delivered, opened or bounced, and anything that failed can be sent again.

Then the AI. Claude drafts the copy in your store's voice, and it never sets a price. In the inbox, it drafts replies that know every order, tracking number and certificate. You read it, you approve it, you send it.

Campaigns go only to people who subscribed, through saved audiences built from simple rules. Templates for new stock, back in stock and sales fill themselves from the products you pick, and every email shows whether it was delivered, opened or bounced. Claude drafts campaign copy and inbox replies, and nothing goes out until you send it.

What it does

Audiences built from rules

Save audiences from what people actually did: bought or never bought a product, how much they spent, when they last ordered, or an open basket. The count updates as you add rules, and you can see exactly who is in it before you send.

Subscribers only, consent handled

Campaigns only ever go to people who opted in. Consent is checked again at the moment of sending, every email carries an unsubscribe link and header, and an unsubscribe takes effect straight away.

Templates that fill themselves

New stock, back in stock, sale and new listing templates pull names, sizes in stock and prices from the products you pick. After a delivery is counted in, a new stock email is drafted and waits for you to check it.

Delivery tracking and a send log

Each email shows whether it was delivered, opened or bounced. Every attempt is logged, including the ones that failed, and a failed email can be sent again from its row.

Help for Hotmail and Outlook

Customers with Hotmail and Outlook addresses get your emails from a separate sender, and the store reminds exactly those customers to look in their Junk folder.

One inbox, and texts when they matter

Customer emails, contact form messages and your replies sit in one inbox, grouped into conversations with the order beside them. Short text messages cover the moments that matter, such as a bank payment that was started but never finished.

Where AI helps

Drafts and readings you check. Nothing goes out until you press the button.

Campaign copy in your voice

Pick the products and write one line about what the email is for. Claude drafts the subject and the message in your store's voice. The product list and every price come from your catalog, so the AI never sets a price.

Replies that know every order

In the inbox, Claude drafts replies with the customer's orders, tracking numbers and certificates in front of it, and can attach the right certificate. Anything it cannot find is left as a note for you to fill in.

You approve every send

Every draft lands in the editor. You read it, change what you like and send it yourself. Claude never sends anything on its own.
