From paid to delivered, on one desk.
An orders list that tells the truth, a packing bench on your phone, and real profit on every parcel.

When I started selling research peptides, orders lived in my inbox, a spreadsheet, and my head. So I built the order desk I needed.
Every order climbs one honest ladder: paid, shipped, delivered. Up top, I see today's takings, cost, profit and margin, worked out from each vial's landed cost, postage and packaging.
At the packing bench, I scan a QR code, and my phone walks me through each parcel: prepared, packed, dispatched, with a photo at every step. Tick dispatched, and the customer is emailed their tracking number. At the post office counter, I mark a whole stack shipped at once.
Refunds, full or partial, are recorded against the order. A broken parcel gets a replacement that never counts as a sale. Customers can cancel on their own until the label is printed.
Claude drafts customer replies with the order in view, and reads the packing photo to record which batch each vial came from.

Every order climbs one ladder, paid, shipped and delivered, with honest counts and today's takings, cost, profit and margin at the top. Pack on your phone with a photo at each step, email the tracking number when you tick Dispatched, and put things right with refunds and replacements that keep the numbers straight.
What it does
An orders list you can trust
Paid, shipped and delivered are a ladder, so a shipped order still counts as paid and the pills never double count. Today's paid takings, cost, profit and margin sit at the top, and an order nobody has paid for never inflates them.
The packing bench on your phone
Scan the QR code on an order and your phone walks you through Prepared, Packed, Dispatched and Handed over, with photos and notes at each step. Ticking Dispatched emails the customer their tracking number.
A stack of parcels at once
At the post office counter, pick several paid orders and mark them shipped together; each customer gets their shipped email. Delivery updates from the courier can be passed on to the customer as they arrive.
Refunds, replacements and swaps
Record a full or partial refund and the takings follow the money. A broken or wrong parcel gets a replacement, an order of its own that counts as a cost and never as a sale. Before dispatch, a line can be swapped to another size.
Real profit on every order
Each order is costed from the landed cost of its vials, plus postage and packaging, so the margin on screen reflects what the parcel really cost you.
Customer profiles, guests included
Every buyer has a profile with their orders and messages, guest checkouts included. Customers can cancel their own order until the label is printed.
Where AI helps
Drafts and readings you check. Nothing goes out until you press the button.
Reply drafts with the order in view
Claude drafts a reply to a customer with their order, tracking and earlier messages in front of it. It is only ever a draft: you read it, edit it and press Send.
Batches read off the packing photo
Claude reads the photo taken at the Prepared step and records which batch each vial came from, before the parcel leaves. You can always change it by hand.
